Volat (Minsk Wheel Tractor Plant Open Joint Stock Company) is a manufacturer of heavy off-road vehicles.[i] It has produced the mobile launchers for the Russian Topol missiles.[ii] The company is wholly owned by the Republic of Belarus.[iii]
